Charming comes from the experience and development of TCL SpA, an Italian company operating since 1987 in the luxury hospitality.
Within a short time, it became a point of reference in various sectors of quality tourism.

The network strategies apply to:

the inclusion of new types of affiliates in order to extend the range of hotel hospitality services by adding Charming Restaurants, Charming Golf and Yacht Clubs;
the development of differentiated distribution channels such as the Charming site, third party sites and portals, GDS and call centers;

sales activities towards Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Incentive House, P.C.O. and Corporations;

the creation of new hotel management support services.
